“You” / “yours” refers to the Affiliate
“Sketchbook Revival/SR” refers to the 2024 Sketchbook Revival Online Workshop
There is one opt-in by which you can share Sketchbook Revival with your audience to have them sign up: the 2024 Sketchbook Revival Registration Page, which your affiliate link will be directed to.
After registration for Sketchbook Revival, a cookie will be placed in a user’s browser, which attributes Affiliate’s link to their purchase. If a user clicks on Affiliate links of multiple Affiliates, the Affiliate who is the last referral source before the sale will receive the commission. For each sale a commission can only be granted to one Affiliate.
Cookies are set to expire after October 19th, 2024 (ie., the duration of the entire promotional and sales window of the Sketchbook Revival 2024 VIP Pass). As long as a user completes their purchase by (instead of until) October 19th (and does not click another referrer’s link in the meantime), you will be awarded the referral for the purchase.
For a sale to generate a commission to you, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions can only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through correct affiliate links. Properly coded links are the responsibility of the affiliate. Make sure you have read all information provided to you pertaining to the affiliate program. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
The standard affiliate commission is 40% for each unit sold of the VIP All Access Pass offer. The rate is 50% if you have provided a bonus resource to include in the VIP All Access Pass offer. Affiliates will not receive a percentage of any additional taxes, delivery charges or other secondary costs that may be added at checkout.
You will be paid your commission after the refund period is over, 30 days after the official closure of Sketchbook Revival 2024. You are responsible for providing us your payment details on the Affiliate Website, as well as any tax documentation that may be required (W-9 Form). Payments will be paid via PayPal.
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which you have earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from your commission on gross sales.
This policy does not establish a partnership, join venture, agency or employment relationship between the Parties. The Affiliate is regarded as an independent contractor and is accountable for all federal, state, local and/or foreign taxes.
Sketchbook Revival will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages due to affiliate tracking failure, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the workshop and our website(s). SR makes no claim that the operation of the workshop and our website(s) will be error-free and SR will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Sketchbook Revival makes no warranties, guarantees or representations regarding the amount of sales or commissions attributable to Affiliate.
Sketchbook Revival reserves the right to make changes to the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will always be notified ahead of time.
